Can I come later/leave earlier?

We expect you in the morning between 9.00 and 9.30 for a cup of coffee or tea. Our programme will start at 9.30 a.m. sharp, and we will not wait for latecomers. The door does remain open in case you are late due to force majeure (a severely delayed train; an unexpected traffic jam). But: we assume you will be in on time. The presentations and official programme will last until 15:50. After that, our drinks reception will start, lasting until 18:00. Between 15:50 and 18:00 you can leave whenever you want.
